Hospitals don't have an AI problem - they have an operations problem.
Every department does the same thing daily: read data from hospital systems, structure it into documents, emails, messages, and deliver it to someone inside or outside: patients, insurers, regulators, research sponsors. Volumes grow every year and qualified staff to do the work are harder to find.
That gap gets wider, and replacing existing systems with new ones doesn't reduce the work - what is needed is automation, AI Agents that work inside systems to complete work, following the hospital rules, and carry the volume at scale. That's what changes how hospitals operate, that's what we build.
The people behind the platform
Fadi spent years bringing AI to hospitals and disgnostics labs across Europe most recetly with Medicus.ai. He Co-founded Health Force in 2022 and leads the company from Barcelona.
Juan combines medical and technical knowledge. Before Health Force, Juan was the Chief Data Officer at Teladoc France and has a background as a practicing physician in hospitals in France.
